Mike Dias-Co-Founder & Chief Roofing Operations & Commercial Projects Officer
A native of Texas and co-founder of Jackson Construction & Roofing, Mike directs all aspects of the company, including strategic project oversight, high-level client negotiations, and compliance management for residential and commercial roofing projects. He oversees permit acquisition, conducts key inspections, and ensures every project meets the highest standards. Former Vice President of a telecommunications company, Mike brings extensive leadership and operational experience. Certified in Utah and an active member of the Better Business Bureau in Texas, he also leads professional coaching programs for roofers, mentoring the team and guiding company operations from the top down.
Eric Fitzsimmons– Government Contracts / Commercial & Residential Roofing
Coordinates Jackson Construction & Roofing’s participation in government programs, completing the necessary paperwork and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Keeps the company qualified and ready for public-sector projects. Also supports residential and commercial roofing projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Frank Pacheco – Residential & Commercial Roofing
Handles both residential and commercial roofing projects, guiding clients from the first inspection through to the completed roof. Ensures every roof is done right and keeps homeowners and business owners informed throughout the process.
Carlo Decanini -Residential Division
Carlo focuses exclusively on residential roofing projects. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he provides homeowners with clear, transparent guidance throughout the process — from inspection to completion
